Izienne completed her studies in Pretoria at Pretoria University in 2004. She did her community service year at the PE Complex: Dora Nginza-, PE Provincial- and Livingstone Hospitals in 2005. She then opened her own private practice in 2006 in Graaff-Reinet and did work in PE at times from 2012-2019.
Izienne is passionate about communication (hearing and speaking) in all age groups.
Her base practice is in Graaff-Reinet and visits Cradock on a Monday and Friday during school terms. She also does weekly school therapy at Cradock Prep School. Izienne has a special interest in Dyslexia assessments and therapy as well as Auditory processing.
She is married to Morne, and she has two teenage sons, Alwyn and Zack.
